Although you may be aware of some foods that are diarrhea causes for you, it may not be easy to identify the offenders.
Certainly seasonal fruits like fresh apricots, apples or kiwi fruit are likely to be diarrhea causes for some people. However there are other culprits - hiding in plain view - which are much more likely to be the causes of your diarrhea or loose bowel motions.
Facts about the causes of Diarrhea
Did you know that chronic diarrhea is a telltale sign of food intolerance? There are only four kinds of Food Intolerance (not to be confused with Food Allergy) and they are widely suffered:

Other major causes of diarrhea are Fructose, Gluten and Yeast. Fructose is a sugar found in fruits. Most commercial fruit juices have extra fructose added because it is a relatively low-cost sweetener. Fructose is also used extensively in confectionery and thousands of manufactured foods.
Gluten is found in Wheat and some other grains. And Yeast can cause diarrhea when it overwhelms the body in an overgrowth of candida albicans.
