How to take charge of Irritable Bowel
"Take a bow guys! My body has responded to your program. Years of dismissive doctors and over-the-counter treatments got me absolutely nowhere!
My irritable bowel is hereby soothed and all is back to 'normal'. So relieved! All these years I was on the wrong track.
I thought it was lactose because that used to get so much media coverage. Then I switched to wheat-free because that got so much press and TV, and I was convinced it was my problem. How wrong I was.
But it was your team who set me straight and the "Compleat Guides" (why do you spell it like that?). Anyway just goes to show not every irritable bowel is the same. I was fumbling about in the dark, guessing and making mistakes and all the time my IBS kept coming back.
I now believe the journal method is the only sensible method for IBS. The system made me investigate properly - and it was really good to have someone there for my questions and encourage me through it. I've been free of IBS for a month now - I can't tell you how good that feels! Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou!" Jennie W. QLD Australia
Thanks for the great feedback Jennie. You are the reason we created The Tuesday Club. Go for it girl!
P.S. The reason we spell 'Compleat' instead of complete is to be a little different! It is an olde englishe version - used in literature like Shakespeare's works and others.

The facts on Irritable bowel syndrome
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) affects 1 in 4 people. But did you know there are only four likely suspects: milk products (Dairy), Gluten (in wheat and some other grains), Yeasts and Fructose.
IBS happens when your body fails to process food properly. Some people believe there's no cure - but that's a myth. And yes, IBS can lead to intestinal damage and even bowel cancer if left untreated. Article with references
But on a day-to-day basis, don't you just want to be free of the stress and embarrassment of a potential accident?
Why live with the risk?
The problem with IBS is the sudden onset. It's actually a social issue...the risk of embarrassing yourself when it strikes.
You don't want to be caught out by your body making unexpected noises or emissions do you? And you don't want to have an accident either do you? Untreated IBS puts you at risk of all that.
Imagine getting it when you've just boarded a plane! Or as you stand up to give a presentation? You never know when it will hit.
Why live with the stress?
Don't believe the myth! There IS something you can do about IBS. It is very likely to be food intolerance, a condition that is hardly ever investigated.
And how fabulous would it feel to be FREE of that stress? To be able to relax at work, in meetings . . . at home with the family, out with friends and . . .on long commuter trips in the car or the train?
There are only four possible food group culprits: Dairy, Fructose, Yeast and Gluten. And blood tests are notoriously inaccurate.
But the brilliant Detection Diet in The Tuesday Club will nail it for you. And it's so effective it carries a money-back guarantee. Because we know it works.
The typical alternating bouts of severe bloating, flatulence, diarrhea and constipation are quite unpredictable. And that's the guts of the matter, so to speak. You have to stay 'on alert' permanently. Which just multiplies your stress.
Crack the code for your IBS
The word 'syndrome' means a collection of symptoms. It doesn't necessarily mean 'disease'. And as we have said dozens of times in this newsletter symptoms are signals.
In the case of IBS it's a collection of signals. All you need to do is understand the signals - crack the code - and decipher the message.
That's what the Detection Diet does. Exclusive to The Tuesday Club it cracks the code of your body's signals. (And it's guaranteed or your money will be refunded.)
Immediate access to club resources
The Tuesday Club is SO affordable. Less than $1 a day.
The Tuesday Club gives you decoding skills you'll use for years to come: Full instructions on how to shop in the supermarket, food substitution tables, recipes and dining out guides for international cuisine.
It's an online club. There are no meetings and no face-to-face consults. Use the Detection Diet journal and Compleat Guides in the privacy of your own home, at your own pace.
