"Your Team's care and knowledge has changed my life so much. I'm now pretty free of my IBS misery - my life is sweet and the bathroom smells good again - I can't thank you enough. The club was worth every penny and more!" Elsie C., FL.
"IBS has ruined my life for the past three years. But your methods are sensible and simple: the Tuesday Club journal pointed to cow's milk intolerance (not just lactose) in 4 days and I had actual proof in another 2 weeks. Brilliant, just brilliant!" Peter L., UK.
Thanks for the great feedback Elsie and Peter. So glad you had that magic relief. Isn't it great to live without IBS! And isn't it fabulous to realise that your body will heal itself if given the right conditions. Although sugars are not the only causes of IBS, they are the simplest to explain.
How sugars act on the small intestine Ever wondered how it all happens? Do you remember the science experiment at school where you put a balloon containing salt water solution into a tub of fresh water? And when you came back after a while the balloon had swelled?
Fresh water molecules had passed through the membrane into the balloon to balance out the salt concentration. It's called osmosis. In the small intestine osmosis is also at work. Some types of sugar create an 'osmotic purge' in affected people, where the small intestine absorbs too much fluid from surrounding tissues, and creates bowel distress. This appears as diarrhea. But later on that situation gets reversed as the intestine is evacuated. Now you get an episode of too little fluid absorption - constipation. Then the cycle repeats itself over and over.
This stressful and continuing saga is known as Irritable Bowel Syndrome. IBS affects 1 in 4 people in western societies. But did you know there are only a few likely culprits? They are sugars like Lactose (from milk) and Fructose (in hundreds of foods), Gluten (in wheat and some other grains) and Yeast.
The secret is to find out which it is - get a positive identification - by using a custom-designed program.
The myth of IBS Our lives are so full and busy that the only sure-fire way to get results is to work with a purpose-designed journal (like the Detection Diet) and comprehensive food guides. That's why we created The Tuesday Club.
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) happens when your body fails to process food properly. Some people believe there's no cure - but that's a myth. And yes, IBS can lead to intestinal damage and even bowel cancer if left untreated. Irritable Bowel article with references
But on a day-to-day basis, don't you just want to be free of the stress and embarrassment of a potential accident?
Are you confident about your body? The problem with IBS is its immediacy. It’s actually a social issue. . . the risk of embarrassing yourself when it strikes.
Imagine getting it when you've just boarded a plane! Or as you stand up to give a presentation? You never know when it will hit.
There IS something you can do about IBS. It is very likely to be food intolerance, a condition that is hardly ever investigated.
And how fabulous would it feel to be free of that stress? To be able to relax at work, in meetings . . . at home with the family, out with friends and . . . on long commuter trips in the car or the train? A little learning will get you started.
Identify the intolerance, avoid those foods There are only four main food intolerances.
Could it be Yeast? Doing a Yeast-free Diet sounds easy - but there is quite a lot to understand. Some people stop eating bread thinking that is a Yeast-free diet. That is so wrong! You really need a comprehensive guide to Yeast-free like we have in The Tuesday Club.
The Yeast organism multiplies in the body when you eat certain foods. With the wrong foods it completely overwhelms your body - giving you candida symptoms like jock itch, tinea, thrush and ringworm.
And in many people this appears as Irritable Bowel Syndrome, IBS. Remember it might be Yeast. But your IBS could also be an intolerance to Fructose, Gluten or Dairy. How to know?
The best solution is the brilliant Detection Diet only in The Tuesday Club . . so effective it carries a money-back guarantee. Because we know it works.
The typical alternating bouts of severe bloating, flatulence, diarrhea and constipation are quite unpredictable. And that's the guts of the matter, so to speak. You have to stay 'on alert' permanently. Which just multiplies your stress.
How long have you been struggling with Irritable Bowel? A few weeks? A few months? Some people live with it for much longer - without realising it's ALWAYS related to food.
But why would you take medications (with all the potential side effects) if you could CURE YOUR IBS by changing your diet?
Supplements and medications may give temporary relief. But do you really want to pop pills to make up for eating the wrong foods? If your body can't cope with a certain food - doesn't it make sense to stop eating it?
Crack the code for your IBS The word 'syndrome' means a collection of symptoms. It doesn't necessarily mean 'disease'. And as we have said dozens of times in this newsletter symptoms are signals.
In the case of IBS it's a collection of signals. All you need to do is understand the signals - crack the code - and decipher the message.
That's what the Detection Diet does. Exclusive to The Tuesday Club it cracks the code of your body's signals. (And it's guaranteed or we will refund your money.)
