Leaders in food intolerance, food toxins and their links to disease

Since 2003 we have published information on the damaging effects of gluten, casein, phytates and other food toxins, free to the community. Our purpose is to provide useful information and dietary solutions to help members become well and avoid disease.

Deborah Manners - thought leader, author, creator of Manners-Xenos Theory

DMSocial1

Deborah Manners is a scientist and researcher of food toxins and disease - and used to suffer badly with unexplained illnesses. After decades of illness she realised medicine was not helping - she began her own research in university libraries - the medical journals.

Then she eliminated some common foods from her diet and became well. She had discovered that she was 'food intolerant'. Her research soon revealed that the term 'food intolerance' is misleading - assuming there is some defect with the sufferer.

In fact many foods contain toxins which the body can only partially digest - and which leave behind foreign and troublesome molecules (usually proteins or sugars) which provoke the human immune system ... and cause terrible mischief in the body - leading to disease.

UNRAVELLING THE MYSTERY OF DISEASE

'The medical reform needed to cure the incurable ... Manner-Xenos Theory - a Kuhnian shift.'

Incurable disease is no longer a mystery. Explained in easy language - this book explains how medicine's method for tackling disease, diagnosis, is flawed - usually leading patients into worse sickness.

Learn also how medicine has failed to embrace stunning findings about disease from recently unearthed human fossils - in essence how humans in Paleolithic (Old Stone Age) times suffered no disease.

Discover the truth about the microscopic damage that begins deep in the small intestine - as the immune system desperately tries to neutralise toxins found in common staple foods . . . the ones you eat every day.

Find out how silent but deadly damage takes place inside the body - with or without symptoms - until there is a dire diagnosis. This book shows you how to avert disease - and if already diagnosed, how to arrest its progress.

Member Survey

More than 900 members took part in a Survey about their experience with food intolerance. Here are some of the findings:

After reducing food toxins in their diet:

  • 79% noticed an improvement in belly bloating
  •
  • 38% lost unwanted kilos
  •
  • 41% noticed fewer headaches
  •
  • 36% reported better joint mobility

In addition 50% reported having a brighter mood, 70% had increased energy and 37% felt less stressed.

Twenty two years of service

In the years since we were establised in 2003 the Institute has helped thousands of people from many countries recover from the miseries of migraines, chronic fatigue, 'brain fog', stomach issues, skin problems, back pain, sinus infections, irritable bowel syndrome and constipation.

All they had to do was learn to choose low toxin foods.

Food intolerance has evolved!

Much has changed since we began in 2003

Instead of referring to food intolerance which blames the sufferer - we now refer to FOOD TOXINS.

This correctly blames inappropriate foods. But it also gives us clues as to why we suffer so much disease.

FOOD TOXINS include glutens, caseins, phytates, solanines, alkaloids, zein and others. When we eat these every day for years and years - they silently wreak havoc in the body.

Then one day there's a diagnosis of serious disease.

We have all seen it over and over. A loved one or close friend receives a dire diagnosis 'out of the blue' and their life changes forever.

But science has given us much greater insight into why sickness arises - and food toxins are heavily involved.

Learn how to stop it developing into serious disease.

The Silent Symptoms of Food Intolerance

Unseen, unfelt - damaging the body from the inside

Our Mission is to provide information from the medical journals - which implicates AntiNutrients (food toxins) in the appearance of disease. We believe in delivering factual substantiated data so consumers can make informed decisions.

  • 3 in 4 people are affected by food intolerance - even if they have no apparent symptoms

Silent Symptoms of food intolerance operate in the background to create disease in your body. But you can reduce their effect by discovering your particular sensitivities - and adjusting your diet.

The Impact of Untreated Food Intolerance

DoctorStethCropChronic symptoms all too often turn into chronic disease. To avoid a diagnosis - find out if your symptoms are food-related.

Research tells us that groups of food toxins like glutens, caseins, alkaloids, sugars and others can interfere with different parts of the body in different ways.

Unfortunately the consequences are not always obvious - until it's too late. Unseen and unfelt - food toxins disrupt some organs - leading to malfunctions which are not noticed immediately. Over time, things worsen - and from there to a diagnosis. Some examples:

ThyroidGland

THYROID GLAND

When food toxins interfere with the Thyroid gland (changes metabolism):

Weight changes e.g. obesity

> Brain changes: neurological disorders, depression, brain tumours

> Thyroid disease, Graves disease, Hashimoto's

PANCREAS

AntiNutrients meddling with the Pancreas disrupt the release of digestive enzymes and hormones - leading to:

  • Diabetes type 1 and type 2
  • Pancreatic cancers
  • Gall stones
  • Cystic fibrosis

DigestSystemINTESTINE

The impact of food toxins on the intestine is well-known:

> Leaky Gut: Malabsorption - anaemia, bone density loss

> Osteoporosis, spontaneous fractures

> 'Foreign' things trigger inflammation, auto-immune disorders: colitis, Crohn's disease, Celiac disease, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, miscarriage

Am I affected? How common is food intolerance?

Many people feel they are not affected by food intolerance. But the research evidence says otherwise. Research says 75% (3 in 4) of all people have some type of food sensitivity. A few statistics:

>> 3 in 4 have lactose intolerance (even if they are unaware)

>> 15% are unable to digest gluten (difficult to identify and often misdiagnosed)

>> 1 in 3 cannot tolerate fructose (often misread as other illnesses)

>> Up to 90% of Asians have dairy sensitivity

>> Inflammation caused by Nightshades, legumes and yeast infection is often misdiagnosed

What is my next step?

Begin with our free ebook. Food toxins can cause serious long-term health problems. Gluten is just one toxin that could be causing your symptoms. There are more than twenty FOOD TOXINS – and they act together in different combinations to damage cells and provoke the immune system.

Free Self Assess Test

Could you be affected by food toxins?

Scientists make new discoveries every month. We now know disease can be triggered by damaging compounds in certain foods: FOOD TOXINS.

They cause headaches, sinus pain, depression, aching joints, back pain, stomach troubles ... and more. But did you know? These symptoms are now implicated in chronic incurable conditions like Parkinson's, dementia and cancer.

Could you be affected? Take the Self-Assess Test and find out.
